वाचन संकल्प महाराष्ट्राचा — Reading Initiative
SSMS College of Architecture library participates in the Government of Maharashtra’s Vachan Sankalp Maharashtracha reading movement. Each year the library organises a week-long programme of book exhibitions, author interactions, and student reviews of Marathi, Hindi and English titles on architecture, cities, craft and culture.
The 2024–25 edition featured a curated shelf of 200 titles on vernacular architecture of the Deccan, a talk by a Solapur-based publisher, and a student-led “one book, one drawing” wall. The full report and photo set are available below as a PDF.
