Architecture is more than a way to make buildings. It shapes the spaces around everyday life.
A building gives us shelter, but architecture also gives a place its character. It can make a street feel welcoming, a room feel calm, or a public space feel shared.
At SSMS, students learn to look closely, ask better questions, and turn observations into drawings, models, and spaces. Art, science, history, materials, and technology all have a place in the studio.
